I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel in a charming Bavarian town. The staff were incredibly helpful and any issues, like the Wi-Fi, were swiftly resolved. The room was perfect for my needs, with a small kitchenette and a lovely balcony overlooking the town. The location was ideal, being close to both the beautiful trekking routes in Berchtesgaden and the peaceful park. I also appreciated the delicious and varied breakfast options each morning.
All was perfect; nothing to improve.

The hotel has a lift, which is a plus for a small hotel. The breakfast is varied and delicious, and there's no shortage of food. The location is excellent - 2 minutes away from a spa and thermal baths, and within 15 minutes' walk of the railway station. The room has a small kitchen and a fridge, which is convenient for those who want to cook their meals. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is like being in a family home.
While the hotel claims to be a three-star hotel, it feels more like a two-star with old furnishings. The bed was too soft and uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful, with fluent English spoken by the owner's son. The balcony in our room offered gorgeous Alpine views. The breakfast was varied and well-prepared. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the town and nearby attractions.
Almost perfect.

Great hotel in a peaceful and green area. The friendly owners and staff make you feel at home. They went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The lift was a lifesaver, and it's not something you regularly find in hotels of this size. There's also a kitchenette with all the necessary appliances to cook your meals. And the cherry on top, the hotel is a stone's throw away from the local train station and the famous thermal spa.
The internet connection wasn't stable. Although it was only a minor inconvenience, considering how much time people spend online nowadays, it would be great to have a more reliable connection.

The room was spacious and even had a small kitchenette, which was a nice surprise. One of the best things about this hotel was the stunning view from the balcony. I also enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfast each morning.
No improvements needed, everything was great.

The Wi-Fi was quite poor, making it difficult to access the internet.
